The Camp Experience, Defined

Whether a first-timer or veteran, each time you walk through our doors, you’re entering a safe environment of continual support and encouragement. Everyone’s journey as part of our Awesome Fit Family begins with a personal greeting from our friendly staff and certified fitness trainers.

When it’s time to get down to business, participation in any of our structured fitness programs begins with a thorough explanation of the specific workout. All members are directed to go at their own pace, and group sessions always begin with a safe warmup exercise to avoid undue stress or injury. No matter the program or challenge, each workout session is designed to accommodate any level of fitness – from beginner to experienced. During the course of our workouts (typically 50 minutes to one hour), our certified trainers continually monitor, instruct, and correct your technique. Rest assured, your physical safety and limitations are always at the forefront of our concern.

Our workout sessions are designed to be high energy, keeping you motivated, engaged, and focused on making progress towards your weight loss goals. As you progress at The Camp Transformation Center Franklin, you’ll be encouraged to try more intense workout programs – so don’t hesitate to inquire about your next fitness challenge.

Our Philosophy

At The Camp Transformation Center Franklin, we stick to the highest ideals and standards for members of our Awesome Fit Family. When we encourage you to work out within your limits and according to your own pace, we mean it! Though you will be challenged to push past your limits, we’ll never put your physical safety at risk. Our certified trainers will teach you how to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Once you share your weight loss goals with our training staff, we’ll see to it that you experience a level of physical exertion that produces maximum results – without going overboard.

Check-In

You’ll be greeted as soon as you walk in the door by our trainers. They’ll talk you through the upcoming workout, how to navigate class, and answer any questions you have.

At The Camp, individuals with big goals have a variety of opportunities to achieve them. At the basic level, memberships include unlimited classes, nutritional guidance and an encouraging environment that makes making it to the gym fun. In addition to membership, The Camp offers the 6-week challenge focused on achieving your weight loss goals.

I have been at the camp for a month, and I love it! Very nice facility with a fun workout that goes by quickly. Trainers are amazing! They encourage feedback and design workouts that can be modified for the beginner while also challenging hard core athletes. Friendly people that make working out something I look forward to.

The instructor, Ron, is a great coach and a beast. It was a relief that I didn’t have to match his pace. As a first timer, it was easy to adjust everything to my own pace and fitness level. It was super helpful to have all the equipment laid out and ready to go as we rotated through each station. The time flew by and it was definitely a tough workout, but I didn’t feel like I was doing too much. The class had a variety of ages and fitness levels, and it seemed like all the exercises accommodated everybody. It’s about as fun as a group workout can be, and I will definitely go back when I’m in town.

The Camp is a great new fitness program that recently opened in the Cool Springs area. I have been working out there since they opened and find the program manager, Stacey, and all the coaches very knowledgeable, encouraging and committed to providing excellent training. I especially love the structured calendar of lower/upper/full body workouts helpful in deciding which days I want to sign up for class. The fun part is each class is different so you’re engaged and never bored with the workout. I have seen an increase in my mobility day to day as well as a loss of body fat in just the few months I’ve been attending classes. It’s a welcomed addition to the our community!

I was a member of The Camp Transformation in AZ for 4 year before moving to TN. When I saw they were opening a location in Franklin, I rushed right down and signed up. The Camp offers motivation, accountability and friendship. Its not just a gym its family. Everyone is encouraging and supportive. I tried multiple other other HITT/ group fitness classes around town, before The Camp opened and they just didn't feel right. The staff is amazing, I once again look forward to my workouts.

I had an amazing experience at this gym! Stacy and the team were incredibly welcoming and encouraging, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere. The workouts were intense and challenging, but in the best way possible. The gym itself is spacious with great music, making the whole experience even better. I was hooked after my first workout and can't wait to continue pushing myself at this gym. The best part is that the membership prices are amazing, making it even more accessible to everyone. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hardcore workout and a supportive fitness community.
