The Camp Experience, Defined

Whether a first-timer or veteran, each time you walk through our doors, you’re entering a safe environment of continual support and encouragement. Everyone’s journey as part of our Awesome Fit Family begins with a personal greeting from our friendly staff and certified fitness trainers.

When it’s time to get down to business, participation in any of our structured fitness programs begins with a thorough explanation of the specific workout. All members are directed to go at their own pace, and group sessions always begin with a safe warmup exercise to avoid undue stress or injury. No matter the program or challenge, each workout session is designed to accommodate any level of fitness – from beginner to experienced. During the course of our workouts (typically 50 minutes to one hour), our certified trainers continually monitor, instruct, and correct your technique. Rest assured, your physical safety and limitations are always at the forefront of our concern.

Our workout sessions are designed to be high energy, keeping you motivated, engaged, and focused on making progress towards your weight loss goals. As you progress at The Camp Transformation Center Fresno, you’ll be encouraged to try more intense workout programs – so don’t hesitate to inquire about your next fitness challenge.

Our Philosophy

At The Camp Transformation Center Fresno, we stick to the highest ideals and standards for members of our Awesome Fit Family. When we encourage you to work out within your limits and according to your own pace, we mean it! Though you will be challenged to push past your limits, we’ll never put your physical safety at risk. Our certified trainers will teach you how to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Once you share your weight loss goals with our training staff, we’ll see to it that you experience a level of physical exertion that produces maximum results – without going overboard.

The Camp Fresno is a great place to work out and the 6-week challenge really helps. It’s definitely helped being in a friendly environment. With them planning the workouts, I don’t have to wonder what is the best things to do everyday. The trainers keep you motivated through the workouts and also make adjustments for you if have any issues. The meal plan is simple and easy to follow. The supplements are usually a better quality than you can find in most stores too. If you’re doing the 6-week challenge, they will also show you how to adjust your diet or add more workouts if you struggle to make weight.

The camp Fresno was exactly what I was looking for. I started with the six week challenge and ended up becoming a member. Everyone at the Camp was very inviting from the coaches, to the members. Everyone was very encouraging and provided and inviting and judge free zone. Getting a meal plan to follow with the daily workouts has worked out great with my very busy schedule. This was the best thing I could have done for my health and has given me a space to turn off the noise. Coming in every day was a challenge at first but after six weeks of doing it has become second nature to the point that my day isn’t not complete without a workout. All I had to do was show up and follow the plan and the rest worked it self off quite literally. I was able to loose more weight in six weeks then I have with other fades diets for the same amount of time. I’ve had none scale victories in which cloths fit better, walking with loosing my breath, lowering my resting heart rate, winging off of coffee and able to fall asleep without melatonin. I’ve had relatives say I’ve lost weight plus colleges. There was not regret in doing the program, the regret was not doing it sooner. I love being able to walk in and walk out dripping and with a ready to seize the day attitude knowing I’ve competed one of the hardest parts of the day. If you need a change and have tried it all give yourself six weeks with the program and you see what results, think of it as an investment for your future self.

The trainers are really good at what they do . They are very helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff at the front desk is very welcoming and encouraging . Thank you Veronica for the help and encouragement to do the extra cardio after class. With the help from everyone at The Camp Fresno I was able to lose 30 lbs on my first 6 week challenge!! This is my 3rd time joining the challenge and I can honestly say that I will never fall out of love with this place. Camp Fresno has shown me how strong I can be and how to not be so down on myself. They have also always shown empathy and care with sensitive issues. I remlcommend this place for anyone who is striving to better themselves not only physically but mentally. This time I joined at the heaviest I have ever been at 262.5lbs and Rhonda, Carlos, and Odie have been extremely helpful in getting me where I need to be. So thankful for remaining patient even when I couldn't do exercises I used to do with ease.

The workouts are always different, and the trainers are energetic and encouraging. If you're new to lifting weights or feel shy, they show you the correct way and you'll start loving it! I've done elite small group trainings and challenges, and they are amazing. I love the pre-planned workouts—they're ready to go when you are. Even if you arrive low on energy, you leave pumped and feeling great. I worked out at the camp throughout my pregnancy, right up to the day before I gave birth. The trainers were super helpful and supportive. Rhonda is a ray of sunshine, always brightening my day. Odie has the best sense of humor and is so fun to see each morning. Amy's workouts are fantastic. And Jose? He has the best jokes, always keeping things light and fun. Everyone is supportive and makes the workouts awesome!

This is a great place to workout if you ever feel lost when you go to a regular gym or have a busy schedule. All of the workouts are guided and you get everything done in 45 minutes! I feel so great every time i leave. Shoutout to Michael who is a great trainer! I've been going to the camp for years, and I absolutely love it. It's a friendly, no drama atmosphere where people encourage each other, and there are no judgements. ALL of the trainers are amazing and take the time to help each person with their form so nobody gets injured. Rhonda is especially encouraging. There's nutritional information and many extra classes to take. I feel like this is my extended family.

I'm new here and have tried other boot camps. This is by far my favorite. I love the variety of workouts. For example using a sledge hammer, moving tractor tires, and of course the usual exercises. Rhonda is fun and motivating. Everyday is a new experience. Check them out and see for yourself. There are all ages getting fit.

I Followed their guidelines for the 6 week challenge and lost 45lbs in 13 weeks (completed 2 challenges). Learned so much from everyone: Rhonda, Odie, Veronica, Carlos, Michael, Jose, Amy, Paul: from information about supplements, correct form with weight lifting, and eating a low calorie diet. The staff here are so amazing! They are kind, funny, welcoming, full of so much energy and positivity. I am so grateful to each of them. I’ve picked up many good habits like weekly meal prepping and working out everyday. It is a part of my regular schedule and not just something I do whenever I feel like it. The only downside to losing so much weight in such a short time was that I had major hair loss to the point where I was worried and went to see a dr. Thankfully all my labs looked fine (probably thanks to the Camp Fresno too) and hair will grow back hopefully. The classes are challenging but fun. There are many gym equipments to play with like large tires, hammers, ropes etc. Everyone works at their own pace so some are taking it easy and others are hardcore fast and strong, it doesn’t matter just focus on yourself and doing your best and you won’t regret it. The instructor’s have all the gym equipments laid out and exercise planned for the class. Working out in a classroom environment allows me to push myself versus working alone with no plan. I didn’t think I would join after the challenge but I loved it so much I am a regular gym member. Within those gym walls your life can change so don’t wait any longer to join.

The camp is awesome! It's the place to be! Whenever you feel like you don't want to workout trust me as soon as you get in to the door you will be full of energy again. The workouts are never the same it's always something different. The trainer's are amazing, full of energy, and encouraging and if you have never lifted weights or feel shy about it, they show you the correct way and trust me you'll start loving it! My journey with The Camp Fresno has been a great experience since I started in those doors in January. At 47 never did I think I would be doing exercises and excited to workout. I was 270 when I started now down to 246 and still going strong and going. This is definitely one of the most challenging things I have ever done. My primary trainers (Rhonda and Carlos) are so encouraging and vested in my success that it just makes the hard work easy. Odie is ALWAYS at the front desk with a welcoming 5am smile and is very knowledgeable about all of the products. It has been definitely worth the hard work!

TC Fresno is an amazing place to workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and amazing, staff are great and always welcome you with a smile and make you feel right at home. It can be a bit intimidating at first but there are members that are friendly and willing to help you. I been at other gyms but by far no gym makes me feel like family like TC fresno does.

I love The Camp! I love getting a full workout but not having to think about it, the trainers guide you and make sure all your muscles get stronger! There’s also a community within this gym, with people who have like minded goals and encourage and motivate you. Wow!!!! I just completed my first 6 week challenge. Goal was supposed to be 20lbs in 6 weeks. And due to their awesome program the have set up for challengers, I didn't only lose the required 20lbs.... I was able to lose a total of 40.1 lbs. That's 2 challenges in 1. Huge shout out to the gyms awesome trainers RHONDA TC / CARLOS TC / JOSE TC. Talk about knowing your stuff. 140.1% satisfied.Im getting ready to start my 2nd challenge and even tho I had a week off, I still ended up losing an additional 6 lbs. That's how great this program is. Wow!!!! I just completed my second 6 week challenge. Goal was supposed to be 20lbs in 6 weeks. And once again because of their awesome program they have set up for challengers, I didn't only lose the required 20lbs.... I was able to lose another 30.1 lbs. For a grand total of 70.2lbs in 12 weeks. Huge shout out to the gyms awesome trainers RHONDA TC / CARLOS TC / JOSE TC. Talk about knowing your stuff. 1000% satisfied.Im getting ready to start the hard body challenge at the beginning of January. I went from wearing a size 3x to a size medium in shirts. I have never felt better. This place really knows what they are doing.

I recently did the 6 week hardbody challenge. This is my honest review...I'll start off by saying, you get out what you put in. I went in with a mindset of wanting to win the challenge, which is to lose 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I ended up losing 7.8% which I'm very pleased about. The trainers were all super nice and know what they're doing. Carlos, Michael, Paul, Rhonda and Amy are all on top of it. They push you to do better without being over bearing, which is nice. The hardest part for me was the minimum of 30 classes in the six weeks. That's at least 5 days a week. Again you get what you give though. If you follow a meal plan, commit to your classes and don't stress about it....you'll win your challenge. You'll also want to stay up on your glutamine since you'll definitely be sore throughout this challenge.

I previously did a 20 lb challenge back in 2018 and lost 20.0 lbs. Since then I have had a membership at Planet Fitness and GB3. I felt as if I wasn't reaching my goals and just stagnant in my fitness journey and very inconsistent. The scale was moving up not down! I didn't know how to use any of the gym equipment so would just go to the treadmill and walk, not burning very many calories. Knowing that I was successful with The Camp in the past I wanted to give it another shot as I know its the only thing that works for me. I just successfully completed another 20 lb challenge 5 years after my first! Im down 22.2 lbs and feel great. What makes The Camp different than other gyms is the nutrition plan is provided and all stations in the gym are demonstrated by all the amazing trainers. As long as you follow the plan and give your all in the workouts the weight comes off and you feel stronger mentally and physically. Paul, Rhonda, Michael, and Carlos all keep the classes energetic and create an awesome environment. The front desk staff and Antonio are also are very supportive and encouraging. Im heading into my second challenge and know I will become a member when my challenges are done as it truly is the best gym!
