      Two part feedback - 5 stars for trainer Christina Francia! She gives tough workouts and diversifies the class by introducing different exercises every week. Also, she is always paying attention and corrects your form and adds more weight if needed. Lastly, her energy and attitude is fun and positive, which makes coming to the Camp Irvine a great experience. 4 stars for the following comments. The Camp Transformation Center in Irvine can improve by publicly posting the open gym hours; that is the hours that classes are not in session and people can come workout on their own time. Unfortunately, I’ve had the experience (only on a couple occasions) where the front desk representative is not friendly about staying and allowing people to use open gym hours. Despite this comment, overall the staff at this location is great and it’s a pleasure coming to workout here!

      Switching my gym to The Camp is the best decision I have made for myself regarding my health and exercise routine. I was at another gym for about 9 years. But my knee injury and sciatica kept flaring up for the last year before I joined The Camp. I’d have to take recovery breaks a day or 2 in between, but then just to go back and the pain would come back. I was frustrated and could not decide what it was. After giving The Camp a try, for the 21-day program, I immediately saw positive results. Not just having any more pain when I exercised, but I saw my weight drop. And because they have a meal plan that will teach you what you can and what you should avoid and how much, wow did this help. And The Camp’s circuit is excellent, because I feel no pain, and keep wanting to come back! No need to recover like I was at my other gym due to my injuries. And I am very happy to say, I no longer have that excruciating sciatica pain when I go to my desk job. The staff and coaches are amazing. They respond on the app if you have any questions about your food intake and they also have the best workouts. I love how they incorporate any tummy exercises in between circuits. And the workout itself, you will learn things about yourself that you did not know you can do, with your coach cheering you on the side! I encourage you to join if you are interested in The Camp. As a 5am regular due to my work schedule, I initially thought it would be a challenge to kickstart my day with intense workouts. Their expertise, encouragement, and passion for fitness truly shine through in every class. My journey took an exciting turn when I decided to join the elite class for 60 days. This decision proved to be a game-changer. The meticulously designed programs not only challenged me physically but also pushed me beyond my limits. In just 60 days, I witnessed remarkable progress – I became stronger, fitter, and even shed an impressive 25 pounds. But it wasn't just about the numbers on the scale.       I was a member at the camp many years ago and after a long hiatus, I made my way back last year and have no regrets! Everyone there is so incredibly supportive and they care so much about helping you reach your goals. And their supplements are amazing! Of course, they offer you the tools and support you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, it's all about how bad you want to get there. Can't thank the trainers and staff enough!

      Hi! I been in The Camp for 5 months. I was over weight and had Cholesterol. I lost 18 pounds and 6% fat. I want to loose 10 more pounds. I love all the class and trainers. I was looking for something that would help me loose weight. For a women in their 40s is very hard to loose weight. I was going to Planet Fitness 3 to 4 days a week but wasn’t loosing the weight I wanted. When I started the 21 challenge at The Camp. I lost 8 pound in those 21 days I was really happy. I like how they walk me with a nutrition plan and the exercises. I recommend you to joint The Camp Transformation.

      The Camp TC on Irvine is awesome. I've been there for a little over a year now and have seen considerable gains. In addition, I've become part of an awesome community and always look forward to catching up with gym mates before, during, and after workouts. The workouts are varied and never are boring, and the different personalities of the trainers add to the variety. I highly recommend this gym!

      Hello fellow Googlers!! I started this journey not knowing where it would take me or how far I would take myself. When I first started at “ THE CAMP TC IRVINE” , I just wanted to start exercising in any shape sense or form and given that I need that sense of community and the discipline in a physical form, this was the place . The camp and it’s trainers are gritty and it’s not for the faint of heart . You come in and you walk out in a shower of sweat ( depending on how much effort you put in ) . Each trainer has a unique personality and I have grown to really enjoy how individually special they all are . You cannot go wrong with the “ The Camps” sense of community. There’s a saying that sounds cliche but it sticks with me everyday “ STAY FIT! DONT QUIT!!”

      Highly recommend this gym! I was an athlete for 10+ years and the HIIT classes remind me of my athlete days. Challenging but you can go at your own pace / fitness level. The trainers are awesome & you won’t feel intimidated showing up. Highly recommend!

      I am very glad that I found this place. They provided me with very effective training with meal plan to reach my goals, and the transformation I had in 6 weeks was amazing. I lost around 5.3% of body fat.

      This is my 1st week attending and I'm loving it. I have back issues and carpal tunnel so I was worried I wasn't going to be able to do everything, but coaches are pretty good modifying the the exercises with same results.🙏 Looking forward to my results.

      I came here because i need help losing weight i cant do it by myself. I checked prices for personal trainers and they are just too expensive, and out of my budget. I found this place online, it has good reviews so i came for a one day free pass. I enjoyed it, i felt comfortable no judgement. Here its a personal trainer telling you what to do but in a group setting. Each class is 45 minutes long. First class starts at 5 am, all the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and helpful. I recommend this place, it is fat friendly, theres some exercises i cant do and i just do my version of it. Been coming here 1 week. Ive lost 10lbs.

      This place is third or fourth home now. Its friends, its family. I'm thankful my wife found it and dragged me here for the better part of a year so that I can now happily come on my own. I believe God sending us there literally saved my life. It helped me lose almost a hundred pounds and even though I've gained some back here and there, I feel more in shape and healthier than when I was in my twenties. If you need a help and have been looking for the right kind of support and pushstart to get you back on track, come on by. We'll be happy to have you, we've all been there, we'd love to help.

      I'm going to be honest, coming here took a lot of will power. I have never been the most athletic, and I was afraid of what this experience would be like for me. The first day was rough, but the loving support and atmosphere that lives here, makes you feel like you can do anything. Im a week in, and I can already feel my body beginning to grow stronger.
