The Camp Transformation Center Irvine is proud to offer our proprietary Peak Physique Program, designed for active fitness participants looking to take their body sculpting effort to the next level. The Peak Physique Program is a fitness bootcamp challenge that runs for six consecutive weeks – 42 days to achieve the goal – losing 5% of your total body fat. New 42-Day Peak Physique Programs begin every six weeks.

Who’s Ready for a Real Fitness Boost?

For members who already maintain an active bootcamp fitness routine, the 42-Day Peak Physique Program is designed to achieve breakthrough results by encouraging you to hit the afterburners. The goal is to shed 5% of your body fat and sculpt your way to the ultimate Peak Physique. The fit body training you’ll experience in this program is straightforward and no-nonsense – just challenging workout classes for participants who want noticeable results. With the support of your Camp Transformation Center Irvine trainers and other 42-Day Peak Physique classmates, it’s a community bootcamp experience like no other!

What You’ll Get…

Over the course of our 6-week, 42-Day Peak Physique Program, you’ll undergo workouts designed to get your heart rate up to burn the maximum number of calories (up to 600-800 per class). Each participant will experience the following benefits:

  • Mandatory nutritional seminar to get your customized meal plan and advice on supplements
  • Bootcamp-style classes that include a diverse mix of high-intensity training (HIIT) sessions
  • Unlimited workouts (50 mins), featuring a warmup, light stretch, then HIIT circuit training
  • One-on-one instruction from our certified Camp trainers on the circuit’s different HIIT stations
  • Hardcore training sessions, but workouts conducted according to your own pace
  • Community support via private Facebook group for individual accountability
  • Three mandatory body fat readings to ensure you’re on track to meet your 5% goal
  • (Optional) intense meal plan advice that takes the guesswork out of nutrition and supplements

Like all of The Camp Transformation Center programs, you’ll always have the support and encouragement from both your certified trainers and other participants. The Camp Transformation has changed my life. I was overweight and literally my doctor told me, “if you don’t lose weight, you won’t live more than five years!” My cousins kept bugging me to join the Santa Ana Camp Transformation Center. I hesitated to join, but one day I got a call from Lalo, owner of the Camp; my cousins asked him to call me. He asked me to come in for an assessment; I did. I signed up and the rest is history. Lalo and his team helped me lose more than 100lbs within 4 fun challenges. Eating healthy and exercising never felt this fun! His locations in Santa Ana and Irvine helped me changed my life. Recently, my daughter and I took Lalo’s challenge among about 10 other folks and managed to lose a few more pounds. The experience was awesome. He kept pushing us daily to exercise and to stay on your diet. Honestly I believe that if he would not have followed up and stayed on top of our exercises and diet, we would not have achieved this goal. We got to weight ourselves weekly and measured our body muscle mass and body fat through the InBody program, which tracks our progress! Now with the MyZone monitor trackers and monthly competitions we have at the Camp Santa Ana, it keeps my daughter and I motivated to keep pushing and maintain our healthy life style; is just FUN! Two part feedback - 5 stars for trainer Christina Francia! She gives tough workouts and diversifies the class by introducing different exercises every week. Also, she is always paying attention and corrects your form and adds more weight if needed. Lastly, her energy and attitude is fun and positive, which makes coming to the Camp Irvine a great experience. 4 stars for the following comments. The Camp Transformation Center in Irvine can improve by publicly posting the open gym hours; that is the hours that classes are not in session and people can come workout on their own time. Unfortunately, I’ve had the experience (only on a couple occasions) where the front desk representative is not friendly about staying and allowing people to use open gym hours. Despite this comment, overall the staff at this location is great and it’s a pleasure coming to workout here!

Switching my gym to The Camp is the best decision I have made for myself regarding my health and exercise routine. I was at another gym for about 9 years. But my knee injury and sciatica kept flaring up for the last year before I joined The Camp. I’d have to take recovery breaks a day or 2 in between, but then just to go back and the pain would come back. I was frustrated and could not decide what it was. After giving The Camp a try, for the 21-day program, I immediately saw positive results. Not just having any more pain when I exercised, but I saw my weight drop. And because they have a meal plan that will teach you what you can and what you should avoid and how much, wow did this help. And The Camp’s circuit is excellent, because I feel no pain, and keep wanting to come back! No need to recover like I was at my other gym due to my injuries. And I am very happy to say, I no longer have that excruciating sciatica pain when I go to my desk job. The staff and coaches are amazing. They respond on the app if you have any questions about your food intake and they also have the best workouts. I love how they incorporate any tummy exercises in between circuits. And the workout itself, you will learn things about yourself that you did not know you can do, with your coach cheering you on the side! I encourage you to join if you are interested in The Camp. I was a member at the camp many years ago and after a long hiatus, I made my way back last year and have no regrets! Everyone there is so incredibly supportive and they care so much about helping you reach your goals. And their supplements are amazing! Of course, they offer you the tools and support you need to succeed, but at the end of the day, it's all about how bad you want to get there. Can't thank the trainers and staff enough!

The Camp TC on Irvine is awesome. I've been there for a little over a year now and have seen considerable gains. In addition, I've become part of an awesome community and always look forward to catching up with gym mates before, during, and after workouts. Hello fellow Googlers!! I started this journey not knowing where it would take me or how far I would take myself. When I first started at “ THE CAMP TC IRVINE” , I just wanted to start exercising in any shape sense or form and given that I need that sense of community and the discipline in a physical form, this was the place . The camp and it’s trainers are gritty and it’s not for the faint of heart . You come in and you walk out in a shower of sweat ( depending on how much effort you put in ) . Each trainer has a unique personality and I have grown to really enjoy how individually special they all are . You cannot go wrong with the “ The Camps” sense of community. There’s a saying that sounds cliche but it sticks with me everyday “ STAY FIT! DONT QUIT!!”

Highly recommend this gym! I was an athlete for 10+ years and the HIIT classes remind me of my athlete days. Challenging but you can go at your own pace / fitness level. The trainers are awesome & you won’t feel intimidated showing up. Highly recommend!

I am very glad that I found this place. They provided me with very effective training with meal plan to reach my goals, and the transformation I had in 6 weeks was amazing. I lost around 5.3% of body fat.

I came here because i need help losing weight i cant do it by myself. I checked prices for personal trainers and they are just too expensive, and out of my budget. I found this place online, it has good reviews so i came for a one day free pass. I enjoyed it, i felt comfortable no judgement. Here its a personal trainer telling you what to do but in a group setting. Each class is 45 minutes long. First class starts at 5 am, all the trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly, motivating and helpful. I recommend this place, it is fat friendly, theres some exercises i cant do and i just do my version of it. Been coming here 1 week. Ive lost 10lbs.
