About Lance Provo

After being in the banking industry as a financial advisor for almost 20 years, I decided I was no longer going to work where that job was no longer a career and no longer meaningful. Many great rewards came my way as an advisor but during the last couple of years I said many times, “A bad day at the gym is better than a good day at the office”. My wife, Jennifer, had urged me to do something different and to do something that gave me a sense of purpose. I have been on a fitness journey of my own that has seen me lose an incredible amount of weight and get me free of any prescription medications. I want to help people who are struggling with weight loss and who are not as healthy as they need to be or want to be. These individuals are the ones I want to help achieve whatever their fitness and weight loss goals are; I want to transform their lives for the better!
