The Camp Transformation Center Northridge is proud to offer our proprietary Peak Physique Program, designed for active fitness participants looking to take their body sculpting effort to the next level. The Peak Physique Program is a fitness bootcamp challenge that runs for six consecutive weeks – 42 days to achieve the goal – losing 5% of your total body fat. New 42-Day Peak Physique Programs begin every six weeks.

Who’s Ready for a Real Fitness Boost?

For members who already maintain an active bootcamp fitness routine, the 42-Day Peak Physique Program is designed to achieve breakthrough results by encouraging you to hit the afterburners. The goal is to shed 5% of your body fat and sculpt your way to the ultimate Peak Physique. The fit body training you’ll experience in this program is straightforward and no-nonsense – just challenging workout classes for participants who want noticeable results. With the support of your Camp Transformation Center Northridge trainers and other 42-Day Peak Physique classmates, it’s a community bootcamp experience like no other!

What You’ll Get…

Over the course of our 6-week, 42-Day Peak Physique Program, you’ll undergo workouts designed to get your heart rate up to burn the maximum number of calories (up to 600-800 per class). Each participant will experience the following benefits:

  • Mandatory nutritional seminar to get your customized meal plan and advice on supplements
  • Bootcamp-style classes that include a diverse mix of high-intensity training (HIIT) sessions
  • Unlimited workouts (50 mins), featuring a warmup, light stretch, then HIIT circuit training
  • One-on-one instruction from our certified Camp trainers on the circuit’s different HIIT stations
  • Hardcore training sessions, but workouts conducted according to your own pace
  • Community support via private Facebook group for individual accountability
  • Three mandatory body fat readings to ensure you’re on track to meet your 5% goal
  • (Optional) intense meal plan advice that takes the guesswork out of nutrition and supplements

Like all of The Camp Transformation Center programs, you’ll always have the support and encouragement from both your certified trainers and other participants. It’s an extremely important component of the 42-Day Peak Physique Program, so get ready for regular whoops, hollers, cheers, applause, backslaps, high-fives, and unlimited fist bumps! Love love love this camp. There are plenty of classes available that can fit a majority of people’s schedule. I began my weight loss journey in January. Between January-May you can clearly see a major difference. I did the 21 day challenge and the 6 week challenge and was held accountable for both and I highly recommend to all my friends, family and clientele. So excited to see what the future holds as I continue with the camp and my weight loss journey. Also the trainers are all super nice, friendly, encouraging and have the best music taste. I would definitely say Coach Garcia is so awesome at what he does and you can definitely feel devotion to helping everyone even outside of the gym.

I love this fitness center. I tried other gyms and never knew where to get started. The camp has really friendly staff that help explain everything and answer all my questions. I get a satisfying workout every time I go. I love that it has 5am classss so i can g3t my workouts done before my kids wven wake up. It's a group completing routines together, lead by amazing coaches. I love Coach Garcia's knowledge of everything. Coach Alexis always pushing us to keep going. And Coach Jens always has uplifting energy and enthusiasm. No one gets left out and everyone gets the attention they need. I will never go back to regular gym setting.

I was first introduced to The Camp back in 2017 in Pasadena. So when I decided to restart my journey, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. In July 2022, I took a big step and had a gastric sleeve procedure to kickstart my weight loss. Just a few months later, in October 2022, I joined The Camp in Van Nuys and began attending classes at least six days a week. In December 2023, I leveled up my commitment by starting personal training sessions with Alexis, one of the amazing trainers at The Camp. When the Van Nuys location closed, I stayed consistent by moving between the San Fernando and Northridge locations. Northridge has since become my home gym—partly because my Camp bestie works out there, but also because it just feels like home now. Over the past three years, I’ve focused hard on both my diet and exercise, and the results have been life-changing. I’ve lost about 125 pounds, dropping from a size 24 to a size 12. More than just the physical transformation, The Camp has given me a sense of community, support, and friendships I truly cherish. The trainers are always there—both in and out of class—and their dedication has made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and everyone who's been a part of it.

This place is not just a gym is a family. From the friendly staff to experienced coaches, making this place a great experience. The Northridge camp is lead by Bianca and Gissel and they are making this place a success. They welcome you, to assist with workouts to taking the time to create and advice on a meal plan. They do it all. The workouts are detailed to certain muscles on certain days and the hour goes by so fast, you won’t ever be bored. Experience trainers set up stations and explain every exercise and coach you on proper ways to do a successful rep. They even encourage you to go up on weight once you build report with them encouraging you to improve yourself. The camp has a great location and plenty of parking. As a member I am extremely happy being part of this family as it has helped me loose weight, build muscle and increase self confidence.
