Whether a first-timer or veteran, each time you walk through our doors, you’re entering a safe environment of continual support and encouragement. Everyone’s journey as part of our Awesome Fit Family begins with a personal greeting from our friendly staff and certified fitness trainers.
When it’s time to get down to business, participation in any of our structured fitness programs begins with a thorough explanation of the specific workout. All members are directed to go at their own pace, and group sessions always begin with a safe warmup exercise to avoid undue stress or injury. No matter the program or challenge, each workout session is designed to accommodate any level of fitness – from beginner to experienced. During the course of our workouts (typically 50 minutes to one hour), our certified trainers continually monitor, instruct, and correct your technique. Rest assured, your physical safety and limitations are always at the forefront of our concern.
Our workout sessions are designed to be high energy, keeping you motivated, engaged, and focused on making progress towards your weight loss goals. As you progress at The Camp Transformation Center Northridge, you’ll be encouraged to try more intense workout programs – so don’t hesitate to inquire about your next fitness challenge.
At The Camp Transformation Center Northridge, we stick to the highest ideals and standards for members of our Awesome Fit Family. When we encourage you to work out within your limits and according to your own pace, we mean it! Though you will be challenged to push past your limits, we’ll never put your physical safety at risk. Our certified trainers will teach you how to see opportunities instead of obstacles. You’ll be greeted as soon as you walk in the door by our trainers. They’ll talk you through the upcoming workout, how to navigate class, and answer any questions you have.

At The Camp, individuals with big goals have a variety of opportunities to achieve them. At the basic level, memberships include unlimited classes, nutritional guidance and an encouraging environment that makes making it to the gym fun. In addition to membership, The Camp offers the 6-week challenge focused on achieving your weight loss goals.
Just finished the 6-week challenge and I’m honestly so glad I did it. The workouts were tough but super rewarding, and the trainers were awesome—always encouraging and pushing me in the best way. The staff made the whole experience really welcoming and fun. I’ve not only lost weight, but I feel stronger, more energized, and way more confident. I also picked up some healthier habits that I actually enjoy sticking to now. It wasn’t just about fitness—it was a full mindset shift. If you’re thinking about doing it, go for it. I just completed the 6-week transformation challenge, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From day one, the energy, encouragement, and expertise from the staff and trainers made me feel supported and motivated. The workouts were challenging but fun, and I saw progress every single week—not just physically, but mentally too. I lost weight, built strength, and gained confidence I didn’t know I was missing. The meal guidance, accountability, and positive community kept me on track and focused. This challenge helped me reset my habits and proved that I’m capable of more than I thought. Taking the 16 Week Challenge was the best decision I've made for my long term goals of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I've been a member of The Camp for over 8 years. I was struggling for the last couple years, and the 16 Week Challenge helped me find the balance and consistency that I was missing. I found a new love for strength training, as well as the nutritional education that has given me the ability to understand the "how" and "why" for making healthy choices. This place is not just a gym is a family. From the friendly staff to experienced coaches, making this place a great experience. The Northridge camp is lead by Bianca and Gissel and they are making this place a success. They welcome you, to assist with workouts to taking the time to create and advice on a meal plan. They do it all. The workouts are detailed to certain muscles on certain days and the hour goes by so fast, you won’t ever be bored. Experience trainers set up stations and explain every exercise and coach you on proper ways to do a successful rep. They even encourage you to go up on weight once you build report with them encouraging you to improve yourself. The camp has a great location and plenty of parking. As a member I am extremely happy being part of this family as it has helped me loose weight, build muscle and increase self confidence.
