So I’ve been a member of The Camp at several of the Los Angeles locations for around 8 years. I often go to La Quinta to visit family and for this Easter 🐣 weekend visit, I was just so nervous about falling off my routine as I usually do when I visit. So I did a quick google search and found the The Camp Palm Desert 🌵, thank goodness! This is A GREAT location! Huge facility with workouts just as fun, challenging, and do-able as what I am used to in L.A. I took a class with Jory and met his wife who is also a trainer here. They are the sweetest people as is Monique at the front desk and all of their gym members. Great people at all different ages and levels of working out. Just a pleasure to take a class here and I can’t wait to visit again to take another one. Side note: Jory, the trainers birthday was the next day and his wife prepared little “bar bell” and “dumbbell” treats with pretzels and marshmallows, and gummy lifesavers and red licorice for everyone to enjoy after the workout. Unfortunately for me, I couldn’t eat any since I’m currently doing the 6 week challenge but it really stood out to me the sense of family and camaraderie that this gym has and that every gym should strive to have.

As night nurse it’s so hard to find a program that fits my schedule. I’m so grateful that I continued my membership after the 21 day detox, thanks to all the wonderful coaches. (Alex, Ricardo, Nan, Jory, Cassandra, and Lori) because of you guys and this establishment as a whole, I’m a better and healthier nurse for my patients… :)

I just started coming here 3 weeks ago now and I’m hooked!! Each trainer I’ve had is amazing and motivating !! Going to gyms in the past I’ve always been intimidated and anxious; Not here !!! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I leave class each time feeling like a new person and that I could take on the world! I would 10/10 recommend checking this place out!!

Love this gym!! The management and trainers are awesome… upbeat, fun and caring! They modify for all levels, and make coming to the gym fun. Great music and always changing things up so it never gets boring. Incredible energy! Highly recommend, not intimating at all.

I started at The Camp Transformation Center 7 years ago. The accountability and family vibes make it my home away from home. The trainers are friendly, informative, and provide effective workouts with modifications as needed. I just finished my first week of a challenge and lost 5 lbs!!! My workouts with Coach Laurie, Alex, Ricardo, and Cassandra had me loving that I am back in the gym after a 2 month hiatus. Thank you trainers for helping me get started. Let’s go AFF!!

I have never been the type of person who gets motivated to go to classes, but these guys have made me that person. They are caring, calm and take their time to explain the process. They actually care!! You don’t feel old or dumb when you ask questions about the technique. All the instructors know you by first name and push you just enough to go a bit further. Thank you guys!!!
