The Camp Experience, Defined

Whether a first-timer or veteran, each time you walk through our doors, you’re entering a safe environment of continual support and encouragement. Everyone’s journey as part of our Awesome Fit Family begins with a personal greeting from our friendly staff and certified fitness trainers.

When it’s time to get down to business, participation in any of our structured fitness programs begins with a thorough explanation of the specific workout. All members are directed to go at their own pace, and group sessions always begin with a safe warmup exercise to avoid undue stress or injury. No matter the program or challenge, each workout session is designed to accommodate any level of fitness – from beginner to experienced. During the course of our workouts (typically 50 minutes to one hour), our certified trainers continually monitor, instruct, and correct your technique. Rest assured, your physical safety and limitations are always at the forefront of our concern.

Our workout sessions are designed to be high energy, keeping you motivated, engaged, and focused on making progress towards your weight loss goals. As you progress at The Camp Transformation Center Perris, you’ll be encouraged to try more intense workout programs – so don’t hesitate to inquire about your next fitness challenge.

Our Philosophy

At The Camp Transformation Center Perris, we stick to the highest ideals and standards for members of our Awesome Fit Family. When we encourage you to work out within your limits and according to your own pace, we mean it! Though you will be challenged to push past your limits, we’ll never put your physical safety at risk. Our certified trainers will teach you how to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Once you share your weight loss goals with our training staff, we’ll see to it that you experience a level of physical exertion that produces maximum results – without going overboard.

Started a 6 week challenge in April and finish in May. I had done a challenge before years ago. The meal plans are different but very sustainable. If you are serious about making your health a priority this is the place to start. The workouts are intense but we don't gain weight over night. Its a process, one that if you see it thru you will get significant results. The trainers are there to help you and guide you thru your fitness journey giving you motivation and mind set to keep going. I love the camp. I'm getting stronger every day, I have lost body fat and the scale has gone down 20 pounds. I'm going to continue this fitness journey to the next challenge and hoping if you are reading this you will try it too. Its a challenge but one we can all succeed in if we put the work in.

No matter your physical level they will help you or challenge you to get better. I just love working out at this Camp Perris because all the trainers work with you and show you proper form, how to modify if necessary and everyone, all other campers, cheer you on and encourage you to keep going and get stronger. You may think you can't do it but trust me when I tell you, as weeks pass you get stronger and the work outs are fun and you'll look in the mirror and be amazed. I’ve been attending this gym since February 2025. I love it. The coaches are all great at making sure your form is correct and guiding you how to make quality reps. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and respectful. Before class their high spirits get me pumped to start my class and they also check on me after class to see how class was. Steven is great at making you feel important. He makes sure you’re happy with your experience. I highly recommend The Camp if you’re a beginner at the gym, don’t know where or how to start, even if you’re consistent at any gym. Classes are fun.

1000/100 highly recommend. I have been with different camp locations since 2015, but I've been back with the Camp Perris since 2022 when they came under new management. This location has the best, most supportive staff and trainers. The staff cleans the entire gym from top to bottom themselves. They make sure we have the best equipment possible for all of the circuits each day. The new, revamped 6 week challenge has so many food options for satisfying, filling meals to aid in your weight loss. I just completed a 6 week challenge and the goal was to lose 15 lbs or 3% body fat in the 6 week period, and I lost 15.7 lbs and 6.2% body fat. I worked out 5 nights a week, followed their meal plan, did weekly check ins with the trainers and coordinators, and accomplished my goal. But even not on a challenge, everyone is so supportive, even the other members. The trainers set up a circuit for us to follow, they demo each station and set a timer to let us know when yo rotate. I never have to use my brain to figure out what i want to work each day. They do all that for me, and being a mom to small children, you have no idea how helpful that is.This gym is life changing. The hardest part is getting there, but I've NEVER regretted showing up and working out.

Joining the 6-week challenge was a game changer! I lost 15 pounds and reduced my body fat by 6.5%. Such wonderful trainers throughout the years. They care, they push you… when u just can’t move anymore they ask for just one more… whether it’s a Burpee or a push-up. You will have an amazing workout. It’s predominantly women, but boys don’t be afraid to come on bye. We all cherry each other on and all sizes are welcome whether you’re over 200+ pounds or under it’s a great place to start they will find a way for you to still exercise.

I came to The Camp Transformation Center after a long journey of trying to succeed on my own and constantly failing. I went about as far as I physically could. I stopped losing weight and felt like it was time for a change. I walked into the camp, not really sure what to expect, and before I knew it, I was offered a free class to try out, and I was hooked. The energy for one thing was incredible. It's a judgment free zone where you can relax and feel comfortable. The trainer isn't there to ridicule you. These trainers are friendly, hands-on, and most importantly, just want you to be safe. There are so many options for doing one workout, so you still get the results, but dont overdo it and hurt yourself. I participated in the 15lbs in 6 week challenge, and it was great. I had so much support from my fitness to my nutrition and questions for days that were always answered. The Camp's line of supplements are a great deal, especially because they know all about them. From protein to preworkout and many different flavors, I stopped trying to shop protein at other stores. The staff is great! Actually, it's beyond great! Their team of employees and management go adove and beyond for everyone that walks through their door. I mean, heck, I signed up on the first day after one free class. I've made an amazing decision that has paid off dividends. I'm 18lbs down and still going.

Completed the MOC. Lost 16 lbs. My goal was to lose 15 lbs, but I exceeded my goal. At first I was definitely doubting myself, but I had a lot of support from the staff. Tania and Kevin were very encouraging for me to continue and not give up. On the last couple of days I was getting discouraged and I decided to msg Sammi. She was amazing and told me that I could do it and to not give up. I honestly think that if I had not had the support from the staff I probably would have given up.
