Kids and Youth Clubs is a program for promoting fun, educational training and healthy living in accordance with the Camp's standard business model (e.g., not specialized sports training).
A healthy lifestyle starts when you are young, exploring new ways to move, creating new memories and being active with Family and friends.
Nurturing a love for physical activity, kids can spend time with their friends and meet new friends and get moving after long stretches of sitting and homework.
Youth programs are designed to develop strong athletic and motivational skills that apply in and out of the gym. These classes will develop coordination, agility and strength.
