At The Camp Transformation Center Redlands, we understand that launching a personal fitness journey is a big deal for you. That’s why we go out of our way to manage your expectations and see to it that you feel welcome in our environment of continual guidance, support, and accountability. Once you sign up and become a member of our Awesome Fit Family (AFF), you’ll embark on a fitness journey like no other. Below is a preview of a few things you can expect to experience right off the bat…

The Camp Experience, Defined

Whether a first-timer or veteran, each time you walk through our doors, you’re entering a safe environment of continual support and encouragement. Everyone’s journey as part of our Awesome Fit Family begins with a personal greeting from our friendly staff and certified fitness trainers.

When it’s time to get down to business, participation in any of our structured fitness programs begins with a thorough explanation of the specific workout. All members are directed to go at their own pace, and group sessions always begin with a safe warmup exercise to avoid undue stress or injury. No matter the program or challenge, each workout session is designed to accommodate any level of fitness – from beginner to experienced. During the course of our workouts (typically 50 minutes to one hour), our certified trainers continually monitor, instruct, and correct your technique. Rest assured, your physical safety and limitations are always at the forefront of our concern.

Our workout sessions are designed to be high energy, keeping you motivated, engaged, and focused on making progress towards your weight loss goals. As you progress at The Camp Transformation Center Redlands, you’ll be encouraged to try more intense workout programs – so don’t hesitate to inquire about your next fitness challenge.

Our Philosophy

At The Camp Transformation Center Redlands, we stick to the highest ideals and standards for members of our Awesome Fit Family. When we encourage you to work out within your limits and according to your own pace, we mean it! Though you will be challenged to push past your limits, we’ll never put your physical safety at risk. Our certified trainers will teach you how to see opportunities instead of obstacles. Once you share your weight loss goals with our training staff, we’ll see to it that you experience a level of physical exertion that produces maximum results – without going overboard.

At the Camp, the dynamic workouts and community environment make coming to the gym a joy. And with something new going on all the time, keeping members engaged in their journey is a major focus. At The Camp, you’ll be joining the awesome fit family and family is harder to get rid of!

Check-In

You’ll be greeted as soon as you walk in the door by our trainers. They’ll talk you through the upcoming workout, how to navigate class, and answer any questions you have.

At The Camp, individuals with big goals have a variety of opportunities to achieve them. At the basic level, memberships include unlimited classes, nutritional guidance and an encouraging environment that makes making it to the gym fun. In addition to membership, The Camp offers the 6-week challenge focused on achieving your weight loss goals.

Coach Aaron is fantastic! Extremely motivated. Every class is different and challenging. Each station has a modified option so no one left behind. He is proficient in exercise physiology and techniques. We need Coach Aaron FIVE DAYS A WEEK!!!

Autumn is one of the trainers here at the camp. Super intense work outs but i leave with a positive mood. She always makes sure we leave with some good stretches and that nice sore feeling that makes me feel like i push myself the best i can on the workouts. Autumn is also super energetic and positive, love her playlist, she's reallly outgoing and I feel really welcomed in her class. Definitely an amazing trainer.

First time at Redlands with coach Autumn, it was a challenging class, very helpful and encouraging coach, everyone was friendly and very supportive, highly recommended for beginners and adept members. Coach Autumn brings the best experience to your camp workout. I came back to Redlands with coach Autumn and the training does not disappoint. I give this place five stars for so many reasons! First, the staff are professional and very friendly! They know you by name. They smile and greet you every morning. You need it if are going for a hard workout early in the morning, or any time. Second, their coaches are amazing! Coach Aaron is very knowledgeable, caring and encouraging, always with a happy and cheerful attitude that keeps you going no matter what. For a few sessions, I was the only one, and he coached me, working really hard on core and injury. I can see a huge difference in a very short time. He plans the stations very well, not just for one day, but also for the whole week and the month!! He challenges us with hard days, yet adds in easy ones, so we keep coming. I hope that he comes the 5 days, so that he could run the whole program!! Come try and you will not regret it!! It is Good for you.

I came to the camp a few years back and found myself hitting my 20lb goal which then jump started my fitness journey after a struggle post partum. As good as the challenge was back then I didn’t find myself wanting to move forward with a membership I found that I could give myself almost similar to what I was getting from there. Jump forward to February of this year after a few bad two years I found myself stuck, struggling and needing a tough push. I knew exactly where to go. Here. The beginning of my journey was a struggle, a lot of change, and lack of accountability, and just no organization to be fair. I struggled finding myself wanting to move forward and not give up, but once Coach Bailey arrived that all changed. He showed interest in wanting to help hold members accountable, find what was lacking and revamp this location. He truly supported my ups and downs throughout this fitness journey and listens when I had questions or concerns. He has been working hard through some noticeable adversity and I found that his goals and ideas to further push this location and members are true and genuine. He always puts the clients and members first. As soon as coach Aaron arrived as well I truly noticed a change in my body, strength, mind and all around health. I found myself excited to go workout knowing he was going to push us and allow me the necessary modifications I needed that I found lacking prior. His modifications are not just a cop out or easy, they burn your calories and push your limits without hurting you are causing pain. He researches anything he is not informed in and takes his time outside of the camp to gain the knowledge needed to help bring us to that next level. He always has researched based info to back up anything he explains and doesn’t just go off what he is told to say, and I truly and thankful for that. He comes to class organized and you can tell that this isn’t just a job for him. He’s enthusiastic, excited and you can tell Bailey and Aaron have shown up to push this gym and make back to what is was. They listen and are continuously working to find ways they can further this camp. For the first time I find myself wanting to further a membership knowing Coach Aaron, Poli, Bailey and Autumn are going to give me something I can’t find at any another gym, or really anywhere else. They’ve elevated this gym to a level it use to be when I first came here and it’s noticeable. Regular members have been seen pushing harder and more excited to come. I find myself wanting to join this community here at Redlands and having Coach Aaron full time mon-Fri mornings and Coach autumn receiving more evening days here with Poli, and Bailey running it would be the best way to continue to elevate this location. If you want to hit your goals, find support, be apart or a community, and have someone hold you accountable who knows what they are talking about here is where you come and those coaches are who you go to. I truly appreciate those coaches for giving me the tools I need to fall back in love with fitness, I cannot truly express my gratitude. We see your hard work, it does not go unnoticed!

Love the trainers at the camp. You can see that they all have genuine heart and really care about their member community. Coach P’s spirited classes always help push us to the next fitness level. And Coach Jay (the innovator) doesn’t disappoint with his ability to come up with new exercises. Also Coach T (serial killer jk lol) he will murder you on leg day.
