The Camp Transformation Center San Antonio NW is proud to offer our proprietary Peak Physique Program, designed for active fitness participants looking to take their body sculpting effort to the next level. The Peak Physique Program is a fitness bootcamp challenge that runs for six consecutive weeks – 42 days to achieve the goal – losing 5% of your total body fat. New 42-Day Peak Physique Programs begin every six weeks.

Who’s Ready for a Real Fitness Boost?

For members who already maintain an active bootcamp fitness routine, the 42-Day Peak Physique Program is designed to achieve breakthrough results by encouraging you to hit the afterburners. The goal is to shed 5% of your body fat and sculpt your way to the ultimate Peak Physique. The fit body training you’ll experience in this program is straightforward and no-nonsense – just challenging workout classes for participants who want noticeable results. With the support of your Camp Transformation Center San Antonio NW trainers and other 42-Day Peak Physique classmates, it’s a community bootcamp experience like no other!

What You’ll Get…

Over the course of our 6-week, 42-Day Peak Physique Program, you’ll undergo workouts designed to get your heart rate up to burn the maximum number of calories (up to 600-800 per class). Each participant will experience the following benefits:

  • Mandatory nutritional seminar to get your customized meal plan and advice on supplements
  • Bootcamp-style classes that include a diverse mix of high-intensity training (HIIT) sessions
  • Unlimited workouts (50 mins), featuring a warmup, light stretch, then HIIT circuit training
  • One-on-one instruction from our certified Camp trainers on the circuit’s different HIIT stations
  • Hardcore training sessions, but workouts conducted according to your own pace
  • Community support via private Facebook group for individual accountability
  • Three mandatory body fat readings to ensure you’re on track to meet your 5% goal
  • (Optional) intense meal plan advice that takes the guesswork out of nutrition and supplements

Like all of The Camp Transformation Center programs, you’ll always have the support and encouragement from both your certified trainers and other participants. It’s an extremely important component of the 42-Day Peak Physique Program, so get ready for regular whoops, hollers, cheers, applause, backslaps, high-fives, and unlimited fist bumps! I can't recommend The Camp enough! Before joining The Camp, I had never participated in sports or received weightlifting training, and my cardio knowledge was limited to what I learned online or on tiktok. At 31 years old, I've been overweight for just about as long as I can remember. Just the thought of entering a big gym is intimidating—I feel like I don't belong because I don't what I'm doing. But The Camp changed everything for me. It's the most inclusive gym I've ever encountered, and I encourage everyone to give it a try. There's no need to feel afraid or intimidated there, I like that everyone is at a different level and they do a great job showing you modifications for each workout if needed. It's like having a personal trainer but not as expensive! My favorite parts of this place are the constantly changing, upbeat music, and the ever-evolving workout routines. It's always different, never boring. Plus, having coaches who are attentive and help correct my form ensures I get the most out of my workout. It's been a game-changer for me! I didn't realize what I'm capable of and I'm so happy I found this place.

I just finished my first week! I joined the their 6 week challenge. I’ve always struggled with staying consistent and going to the gym by myself. My confidence has never been great but I can truly say the community and the coches here have definitely helped me improve. In just a week I feel so much more confident. This is my third week here at cramp transformation, and it has been an amazing journey so far. The trainers here at the northwest campus in San Antonio have been phenomenal and they are great motivators to keep me on track with my fitness goals. The Camp TC is a very family friendly place to workout! It feels like working out among friends! They are also knowledgeable, approachable and always ensure your working towards your best version possible! The staff from the front desk, office and trainers are outstanding. They work with you at whatever level you are in. As a mature camper i can say that it has helped me with some of the aches, pains and has strengthened me to where I am comfortable in task I do on a daily basis. Love the camp!

My husband and I absolutely love this gym! We started the 20lbs in 6 week challenge in January and we both crushed our 20lb weight loss goal. Staring round 2 next week! They provide the meal plan, workouts and most importantly an everyone is in this together environment. Very encouraging, workouts are challenging and the entire team & Coaches are the best.
