The Camp Transformation Center Ontario Ranch is proud to offer our proprietary Peak Physique Program, designed for active fitness participants looking to take their body sculpting effort to the next level. The Peak Physique Program is a fitness bootcamp challenge that runs for six consecutive weeks – 42 days to achieve the goal – losing 5% of your total body fat. New 42-Day Peak Physique Programs begin every six weeks.

Who’s Ready for a Real Fitness Boost?

For members who already maintain an active bootcamp fitness routine, the 42-Day Peak Physique Program is designed to achieve breakthrough results by encouraging you to hit the afterburners. The goal is to shed 5% of your body fat and sculpt your way to the ultimate Peak Physique. The fit body training you’ll experience in this program is straightforward and no-nonsense – just challenging workout classes for participants who want noticeable results. With the support of your Camp Transformation Center Ontario Ranch trainers and other 42-Day Peak Physique classmates, it’s a community bootcamp experience like no other!

What You’ll Get…

Over the course of our 6-week, 42-Day Peak Physique Program, you’ll undergo workouts designed to get your heart rate up to burn the maximum number of calories (up to 600-800 per class). Each participant will experience the following benefits:

  • Mandatory nutritional seminar to get your customized meal plan and advice on supplements
  • Bootcamp-style classes that include a diverse mix of high-intensity training (HIIT) sessions
  • Unlimited workouts (50 mins), featuring a warmup, light stretch, then HIIT circuit training
  • One-on-one instruction from our certified Camp trainers on the circuit’s different HIIT stations
  • Hardcore training sessions, but workouts conducted according to your own pace
  • Community support via private Facebook group for individual accountability
  • Three mandatory body fat readings to ensure you’re on track to meet your 5% goal
  • (Optional) intense meal plan advice that takes the guesswork out of nutrition and supplements

Community Support

Like all of The Camp Transformation Center programs, you’ll always have the support and encouragement from both your certified trainers and other participants. It’s an extremely important component of the 42-Day Peak Physique Program, so get ready for regular whoops, hollers, cheers, applause, backslaps, high-fives, and unlimited fist bumps! Take the challenge to lose 5% of your body fat in just six weeks, custom designed to make you a certified Peak Physique.

If you are looking for challenging workout, motivational push, and a community of people who cheer each other on, THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE! I took my first class in November 2024. I hadn’t been to a gym in about 6 years and was ready to get back in shape. It took one class and I was immediately hooked. Everyone was super friendly and encouraging. The classes are set up with individual workouts at each station and you rotate through out. What I loved most was it took all the guess work out. As a mom of 3,I have limited time for myself. Instead of going to a traditional gym where you walk in and have to plan what muscle group to do or what machines to do, their classes are straight forward and get you sweating all through out. Whether you take a morning or evening class each trainer brings a unique set of expertise to their classes. I can’t thank The Camp Ontario Ranch enough for reigniting this momma’s passion for health and fitness.

I have been a member of the Camp for over a year and am still loving it!! Initially I lost 12 lbs and 3% body fat in six weeks.. I have built muscle and am showing more muscle definition .. I am lifting heavier than I have ever lifted.. The trainers and members are like family and always make new members feel welcome .. it’s a great support system ! Dakotas upper body class was today and he killed it! I am constantly encouraging people to join! The focus booty class with Tony is the best … This is my go to weight lifting place ❤️

She’s an absolute powerhouse, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about health and fitness. Tony? He’ll pump you up just by being in the room, seriously, his energy is contagious. And then there’s Phil, who’ll have you running in circles (literally) but somehow in the best way possible. Every time I walk out of that camp, I feel pumped, focused, and ready to take on anything. Well, "THE CAMP" in Ontario Ranch is the place for you. I've been working out and training here since their opening about 4 years ago! The facility is clean, organized and equipped with the newest and best workout machines and free weights. The ownership (Push, Miguel) is amazing! They treat every member like family, and it shows in their tireless dedication to their members and the facility. They constantly go above and beyond to ensure the experience at "THE CAMP' is top notch. The Coaches (Tony, Diego, Phil, Steve, Dakota, Lucia) are the best in the business. They explain each workout in great detail and are here to motivate and assist each member as they go through their work out! This place is amazing and is geared for anyone regardless of age or fitness level. There is no judgement here, just great people encouraging one another through the workout! Stop on by and talk to one of the coaches and watch a class! I promise, you will not be disappointed. I love this place and know you will as well.

I've been a member at TheCamp for about a month now and I love it! I'm already seeing changes in my body composition after being stalled for months. All of the trainers are amazing and so motivating; they are fun and will make you laugh and play great music! The owner, Miguel, is so caring and interested in all the members; you can catch him working the front desk, doing class with you, or getting to know you while you're on the treadmill! Although this is a small gym and cozy, it has all the tools and equipments you need for each muscle group! It has many functional strength training classes in the morning and evening. The class size is about 30-40 people working on different sets of exercises set up by each trainer. The class works on different muscle group each day and the trainers change up different types of workouts each day. Your muscles will never get bored. A lot of people come here with friends or I see many people make friends here. Since it's small group workout, the trainers know you by name. Some trainers are good at going around to push you, challenge you , motivate you, or correct your form. They make sure you get the best out of it. I've joined the gym only for three months, and I've feel stronger and holding heavier weight already.

This is way more than just a gym. It’s a full community of support and motivation! I have only been a member for 3 months, but have enjoyed every single workout! Since the very first day Phil and Tony have been super welcoming and made me feel comfortable and excited to return. I’ve been going to The Camp Transformation Center for about 8 months now and I absolutely LOVE it. I’ve lost over 15 lbs, gained muscle, and feel more motivated than ever. This place is nothing like a regular gym where you’re on your own trying to figure out what to do. Even if you know how to work out, you might not know how to structure your routine for real results. At The Camp, the trainers—Steven, Diego, Dakota, and Joseph—are incredible. They push you just past your limits in the best way, and it honestly feels like having a personal trainer every session. Yes, it’s more expensive than a standard gym, but the value and results are far beyond what you’d get anywhere else. Another great perk is you’re not limited to a few classes per week. If your schedule allows, you can do multiple sessions a day. I take the 5 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. classes and make it work around my family and job. After class, you can even stay and use the equipment on your own time. And while I didn’t join to socialize, I’ve come to really appreciate the community here. Everyone is working toward their goals, and there’s a lot of support and encouragement no matter where you’re at in your fitness journey. Just a heads up: You will see results—and once you do, you’ll want to keep coming back!
