I love this camp. It has really challenged me to be better. Dakota is not only a great trainer but you can tell that he really cares about us. It’s more than just Physical. He puts so much heart into our experience. Coach Millie is amazing, so vibrant and always switches up the workouts so that we’re constantly challenged. She is so fun to work out with. I really like Landon. He is a wonderful addition to the coaching team. There’s a greater push on Thursdays for us to challenge our limits. I know some people give him a hard time about being the Burpee King, but he really is pushing us in a positive way. Please don’t let him leave.

I signed up for the 21-Day Program, and overall it was a great experience. The coaches were supportive, the workouts were challenging, and the program helped keep me motivated and accountable. Unfortunately, during the last week I injured my knee and had to stop participating. That said, I would definitely recommend the program to others. I enjoyed my experience and plan to come back once my knee has fully healed.

I honestly just came to this bootcamp just to get my workouts in — not to make new friends. With work, life, and kids it's hard enough to keep up with the friends I already have. Been working out at home 4 years since my littles were born with a full home gym setup and a Peloton. But needed more motivation & love a bootcamp-style workout, so tried The Camp. A few classes in, I loved how much this gym kicked my butt (a good sore). Workouts are 60mins HIIST (w/ stretching before & after +warmup). Friends were made because everyone here is genuinely kind, supportive, and encouraging. From the coaches to the members, people are helpful and make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. What started as “just a place to exercise” quickly turned into a community. So… thank you for creating such a positive, motivating, and supportive space. I’m really grateful I found The Camp Ontario Ranch. 💛

I used to follow Coach Autumn 🍂 back when she coached in Fontana and Redlands. Her classes were always the best and her energy is off the charts.  She also always plays the best music and her style of coaching is truly unmatched. She always gave the members the best experience. I was so excited when I found out she started coaching here at Ontario Ranch. It felt so good to be in her class again. The class was super awesome and incredibly challenging as expected. She really pushes me to my limits. My form used to be really bad and I used to get injured a lot but when she came to the camp, she really leveled me up and made me a better athlete and taught me proper form. I can’t thank her enough! She is hands down the best coach I’ve had at the camp. If you’re looking to be challenged, get stronger and gain more energy definitely take her classes, she will have you on top athlete status in no time. She is very motivating and truly cares about the members!

Autumn is an excellent fitness coach who truly pushes you. The workouts are well structured and I’ve seen an improvement in my strength and posture with the leg workouts. Her main focus is leg day, and those workouts are on fire 🔥 if you need a booty or leg workout out she’s the one .

The 4 PM class with Autumn definitely caught my attention. I usually work out with my headphones in and tune everything else out since I’m not in the class, but I forgot my headphones this time, and her energy still came through. The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Autumn stayed locked in with her group, motivating and pushing them without letting the energy drop. You could see how much the class fed off her. Her motivation felt real, not forced, and it showed in the effort everyone was giving. Even just watching from the side, it was obvious her energy is unmatched. She’s the kind of coach that makes people push harder and stay engaged.
