The Camp Transformation Center West Chula Vista is proud to offer our proprietary Peak Physique Program, designed for active fitness participants looking to take their body sculpting effort to the next level. The Peak Physique Program is a fitness bootcamp challenge that runs for six consecutive weeks – 42 days to achieve the goal – losing 5% of your total body fat. New 42-Day Peak Physique Programs begin every six weeks.

Who’s Ready for a Real Fitness Boost?

For members who already maintain an active bootcamp fitness routine, the 42-Day Peak Physique Program is designed to achieve breakthrough results by encouraging you to hit the afterburners. The goal is to shed 5% of your body fat and sculpt your way to the ultimate Peak Physique. The fit body training you’ll experience in this program is straightforward and no-nonsense – just challenging workout classes for participants who want noticeable results. With the support of your Camp Transformation Center West Chula Vista trainers and other 42-Day Peak Physique classmates, it’s a community bootcamp experience like no other!

What You’ll Get…

Over the course of our 6-week, 42-Day Peak Physique Program, you’ll undergo workouts designed to get your heart rate up to burn the maximum number of calories (up to 600-800 per class). Each participant will experience the following benefits:

  • Mandatory nutritional seminar to get your customized meal plan and advice on supplements
  • Bootcamp-style classes that include a diverse mix of high-intensity training (HIIT) sessions
  • Unlimited workouts (50 mins), featuring a warmup, light stretch, then HIIT circuit training
  • One-on-one instruction from our certified Camp trainers on the circuit’s different HIIT stations
  • Hardcore training sessions, but workouts conducted according to your own pace
  • Community support via private Facebook group for individual accountability
  • Three mandatory body fat readings to ensure you’re on track to meet your 5% goal
  • (Optional) intense meal plan advice that takes the guesswork out of nutrition and supplements

Like all of The Camp Transformation Center programs, you’ll always have the support and encouragement from both your certified trainers and other participants. It’s an extremely important component of the 42-Day Peak Physique Program, so get ready for regular whoops, hollers, cheers, applause, backslaps, high-fives, and unlimited fist bumps! The best gym/camps/bootcamps i have been too. been here two years and its a tough workout but you are actually working with trainers who aim to inspire you to not only finish your workout but get better fit and create lifetime goals in doing so. Karina is incredibly inspiring and does so while making it fun. She is a Treasure. Other trainers are invested in you as well such as Maddie and Frannie. You will leave their classes sore. Dom the owner is suoer down to earth and will push you as well Not only are the trainers and staff fun but the culture here is incredible. It becomes fam as you struggle and succeed.

I love this gym. All the coaches are very friendly, Karina, Francesca, Maddy, Larry, and Dom are all awesome people. I really love the music, music makes the workout better. I recommend this gym because here the coaches tell you exactly what to do and you are not lost like if you were starting at a regular gym. Everyone always has a great attitude from the coaches to the people training.

If you want real results, The Camp in Chula Vista is the place to be! My husband and I started with their 21 day challenge to get a feel for this gym and will definitely become members. Every work out is different, so we are never bored. The instructors are challenging (which is the whole point) yet motivate you every step of the way. I personally continued to postpone working out because I did not know where to start or 'how to work out'. But don't worry, you will receive help! Shout out to Dom, Karina, Larry, and Madison for teaching us how to properly and safely exercise. We have never felt intimidated or out of place. So put your hesitation aside and go kick some butt at The Camp in Chula Vista!

I started this with a little bit of skepticism, but I can say now that I feel stronger now thanks to Larry, Fran, Maddie and Karina ( these are the coaches I’ve known as of now) they push you to the limit of what you can do and at the same time taking care of you with form and execution. The front desk staff treats you like family. All in all great place to work out, little by little making me at least a better JiuJitsu athlete.

I have been a part of the gym community almost my entire life. I have been to multiple gyms that exhibited nothing but toxic gym culture & eating habits. Coming into the camp, I had low expectations given my bad experiences but this place went above and beyond everything I could ever imagine. Everyone is welcoming and so friendly and truly want you to succeed. Taking Francesca’s class this morning was amazing, she upholds such a high level of energy and atmosphere that’s contagious & eventually will rub off. I have been at the camp for going to 2 years now and I couldn’t be happier. I started at The Camp over a year ago, and I still love it! The problem with me has always been not knowing what to do when I get to the gym. Not knowing what to do isn't a thing at the camp! Every class is different and the trainers explain everything before you start. So I always know what to do and I never get bored. Everyone is fantastic no matter which class you attend. Highly recommend!!

This is the best gym in town. It’s not just a gym, you become family. The trainers are so knowledgeable and work with you every step and helping getting you stronger. Six weeks ago I was at my heaviest. I felt uncomfortable, bloated, tired and most of the time I felt unhappy with my appearance. Then one day my sister encouraged me to join the 6 weeks 20lbs challenge. But, I was hesitant because I thought I wasn’t capable of completing such a challenge as this. But I signed up anyways and took a chance, and BOY I’m glad I did! My sister and I took this challenge very seriously by following the meal plans and we worked out 5x a week. I’m happy to say that, my sister and I are now down 20 plus pounds. I couldn’t be more happier and proud of us both for pushing through. I must say, before the challenge started there were some miscommunications going on from the staff members. However, they quickly solved the problem and I felt satisfied again. The classes were hard but very doable and good for my body. The trainers stayed on top of the challengers at all times which pushed us to improve in the classes!! The people I encountered with were very supportive and positive. I also loved the cleanliness of the environment as well. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I also loved at the end of the workouts the people in my group would high five each other and say, “Good job!!!” I just loved it!! I now feel more healthier, happier, and I feel confident in my own skin!! I can go on and on but I’ll leave it at this!!! When you work hard, stay focused and disciplined it surely pays off!!! I absolutely love The Camp!!!
