Divided into intimate sets of six to eight people, our trainers moderate the group workouts, while providing individual feedback and encouragement. We’ll tailor our programs to suit your fitness level with a commitment to help you reach your ultimate goals. With Elite Strength Training, you get the best of both worlds – a personal trainer and the backing of a motivated and supportive group.
