At The Camp, we understand a workout routine and healthy nutrition plan goes hand in hand. We got you covered! The Camp offers nutritional guidance with all our programs and memberships.
Each program includes a nutrition guide and meal plan to help you get the best results. Before you start your program, you’ll be able to attend a nutrition seminar with our team. These educational seminars will explain your meal plan in detail and help you understand how to eat, what to eat, and when to eat.
Our meal plans are flexible, meaning, you’ll be given a list of foods where you can pick and choose what you would like to incorporate into your routine. We also cater to vegetarian and vegan meal plan options.
